The term ‘Willow Grange’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Aurora Angling Ltd, Willow Grange Farm, Ely Road, Chittering, Cambridge CB25 9PL. Our company registration number is 12966413 The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just Browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro and take payment using SagePay ,PayPal and Klarna.

In the event that any items are out of stock we will not charge for them and they will not be placed on back order.
We will endeavour to call or email you on the contact details you provide to let you know which items from your order are out of stock and how you would like to proceed. We will offer an alternative or notify you when it is in stock, as per your instruction.

PayPal

When paying via PayPal, any feeds paid to PayPal cannot be refunded should you decide to cancel your order. PayPal deduct their fees before we receive payment, so we physically do not have the money to refund. You will need to contact PayPal to try retrieve any lost fees.

Returns Policy

When goods are returned to us they must be in 'as new' condition, in full packs, etc.

Live Baits: We turn casters, to order, on a daily basis to insure we provide the freshest bait. PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE BY 1 WEEK, if you do not, your order may not be fulfilled on time. THESE ARE SENT BY POST AT CUSTOMERS RISK! Once turned, they are sent with a 24hour courier service. DUE TO THEIR PERISHABLE NATURE, CASTER ORDERS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE.

Unauthorised goods will not be accepted. Authorisation of returns must be requested, along with the issue of a valid Query Reference Number prior to the return of goods.

If goods are to be returned, you will be advised of the best method of return upon issue of a Query Reference Number. We advise the enclosing of proof of purchase as well as your full personal details.

If returning goods using standard Post, we advise you obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office or courier. Regretfully we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit.

In all cases, where letters and/or parcels are sent via the Post Office or any other agency, the Post Office or said agency act for the sender and any late or non-delivery is the responsibility of the sender.
We recognise that you have a right to cancel your Order with us, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations"). The period allowed by law to exercise that right is 14 working days. Please refer to Notice of Cancellation for details of how you cancel your order.

Goods must be returned at the Customer's expense as soon as possible, unused and in the original undamaged packaging and we reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund of the goods. Goods are returned to us at the Customer's risk.

In the unlikely event that your Order is visibly damaged on delivery, please refuse acceptance of the delivery if possible. Otherwise, please contact us immediately on 01353 649573 or email us on info@willowgrange.co.uk to be issued with a Query Reference Number. We shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 5 working days of the delivery of your Order.

We regret that only the provision of a valid Query Reference Number constitutes notice to Aurora Angling Ltd.

 

 

Price Match Promise

At Willow Grange Tackle & Bait we strive to offer our customers first class service and products at competitive prices.

In order to uphold our Price match Promise and not be beaten on price, we actively monitor the prices offered by our competitors daily and adjust our own pricing accordingly.

If you find a cheaper price we will try and match it where possible. Simply email or call us and link us to the product in question on the competitor’s website. We will contact you by email or phone to let you know the outcome of the price match query.

Terms & Conditions

  • The competitor's item must be identical (colour, size, brand, model, etc).
  • The competitor's item must be in stock at the time of match.
  • The competitor's price must include delivery.
  • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership/personal discounts.
  • The competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to customers.
  • We cannot match auction or marketplace retailers such as E-bay & Amazon.
  • No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match.
  • We will not match against clearance, closing down sales, brands that do not allow discounts or specialist retailers such as market stalls.
  • We reserve the right not to match a price if we are unable to discount it any further.
  • We are unable to match cashback offers or affiliate schemes.
