UK Small Items
These are sent either Royal Mail or Carrier depending on size & weight of package.
In theory Royal Mail First Class deliveries should reach you in no more than 48 hours, however this is not guaranteed and the Royal Mail state that you have to allow a minimum of 15 working days before they class it as missing.
Deliveries are made any time between 7.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature. If no-one is in then you will be carded and can either collect the goods from your delivery Post Office or re arrange delivery via courier website, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier when your order is dispatched (please check your junk email folder). In some cases you will be able to arrange a re-delivery at no cost but this is not always possible. In the event the goods go missing in the post we cannot put in a claim with Royal Mail for 15 working days. Working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Any goods that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and we may charge for re-delivery.
UK Large Items
These are sent using a ‘carrier’ of our choice
Deliveries are made any time between 7.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature. Should there be no-one present to accept the delivery, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises, this is sometimes backed up with some other form of attempted delivery proof like a dated & timed photo of the premises. This constitutes a delivery attempt. You will then have 3 working days to arrange collection of the goods from the local depot yourself for or to re arrange delivery via the courier website. You will receive a confirmation email from the courier when your order is dispatched (please check your junk email folder). If the parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected then it will be returned to us by the 'Carrier'. This will incur an additional handling charge of £10.00, which is payable by yourselves. Should you wish us to arrange a further delivery, this will incur a charge equivalent to that of the original cost.
Any package that shows signs of damage on delivery must be signed for ‘Damaged’ by the customer or refused delivery. It will then be returned to us at no extra cost.
Please note that some delivery addresses within the UK may be subject to a higher than standard delivery charge, for example Scottish Highlands or Islands.
Higher UK charges for Northern Ireland & Channel Islands will be automatically added to your shopping trolley once you are logged in to your account if the delivery address is in one of these areas.
We reserve the right not to supply goods at the standard postage rate if the cost of shipping is much higher than our quoted price, we will contact you if this is the case and you have the option of paying the higher rate or cancelling the order.

Small packets weighing up to 250g and with a value of up to £50 will be Free
Small Boxes weighing up to 2kg and with a value of up to £100 will be Free
Express Packs: Guaranteed next day delivery, this is for items that weigh up to 20kg and will fit into a medium sized box (max 61cmx46cmx46cm) which includes bait, terminal tackle, smaller items of clothing and luggage etc. This service is Free.
Some parcels containing Throwing sticks for example may have to go by courier due to the size of the parcel, even though they may be quite a lightweight parcel.
We use a next day service, which on very rare occasions it will be 48hrs.
Free Shipping (UK Mainland customers only - Some exclusions apply)
Due to the high cost of carriage to the Channels Islands and some other UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, if your order requires us to send it as more than 1 parcel, for example a very long item and a large bulky item is ordered, then a higher carriage charge may be needed. If this is the case we will contact you before dispatching the order. If in doubt please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Any goods which we supply incorrectly or which are faulty please contact us to arrange the best way to return goods. We will either refund the customers postage (Up to the value we charged on the order) or arrange collection. Any goods which are returned for any other reason including returns under the distance selling regulations must be returned unused and in the original packaging. The customer must pay return postage costs. We always advise sending goods to us ‘tracked' and insuring them against damage or loss. If you are unsure please contact us first.
Important: We will not refund return postage costs which are more than you originally paid unless we agree this in writing.
